Clay is the Managing Attorney in the firm’s Monroe, Louisiana office. Clay’s area of expertise focuses on Estate Planning and Asset Protection.
Clay, originally from Natchez, Mississippi, graduated from Vanderbilt University 1988 with degrees in philosophy and psychology, and Louisiana State University law school in 1993. After five years working for the Department of State, he began a general civil practice in Monroe, focused on estate planning, successions and corporate law. Clay is admitted in all federal district courts in Louisiana, as well as the 5th Circuit Court of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.
