Patricia (“Tricia”) is the Managing Attorney for the firm’s Shreveport, Louisiana office. Tricia earned a degree in General Business Administration in 1985 from Louisiana State University in Shreveport. She graduated from Louisiana State University law school, and was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar, in 1992. She was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1993.

Tricia is a specialist in Estate Planning and Asset Protection. She practiced law as an insurance defense litigator for several years in Louisiana before continuing to practice in Arizona. She served the State of Arizona for ten years as the Director of the Corporations Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission. After helping an elderly friend navigate a complicated estate planning issue, Patricia discovered a passion for helping families preserve their legacies, and she returned to legal practice in the area of estate planning. Patricia maintains her bar license in both Louisiana and Arizona.
