Managing Attorney (Lafayette Office)

Amy is Senior Counsel in the firm’s Lafayette, Louisiana office. Amy is certified by the Louisiana State Board of Legal Specialization as a Specialist in Estate Planning and Administration. Her practice focuses on all areas of Estate Planning, asset protection, and tax law where she represents clients in wills, trusts, probate / successions, and estate administration.

Amy received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in English, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and she received her law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2005. Amy was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 2005 and the Texas State Bar in 2013. She began her career in the general practice of law and gained litigation and transactional experience in the areas of real estate, Estate Planning, family law, personal injury, workers compensation, and insurance law. After her mother was diagnosed with dementia, Amy realized her passion for assisting families with planning for life’s challenges. Since 2013, she has focused her practice on protecting families through the Estate Planning process. Amy maintains her bar license in both Louisiana and Texas.

Amy has two children and lives in Youngsville, Louisiana with her husband and their two dogs, Lucy and Anna.
